Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Driver and Warehouse Logistics Personnel will have primary responsibility to maintain salon collection routes, and warehouse/ operational equipment/ company vans coordinating with regional team members. Also assists with hAIRmail operations and new campaigns as assigned by the Global Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Picking up recycling materials from clients, based on a predetermined schedule (with company van)
  • Dropping off materials collected, at a warehouse and local depots
  • Warehousing (to keep the space clean and tidy)
  • Sorting and organizing warehouse
  • Shipping supplies to clients
  • Sending marketing materials and documents to clients
  • Receiving of recyclables at the warehouse
  • Reporting and tracking of collections and weights of materials
  • Vendor relationship – maintaining good relationships with our recycling and shipping partners
  • Inventory control for all supplies
  • Assisting Operations Supervisor with any ongoing projects. e.g. new materials for the company to explore, new vendors search, etc.

Education & Experience

  • High school degree preferred
  • Work experience in a warehouse an asset
  • Has operated and excelled in a fast-paced environment
