Site Superintendent is a leadership role within Flynner that requires high quality workmanship and communication skills to aid in Flynner’s success. Duties would include plan review, safety monitoring, securing bids from contractors, ensuring supplies are on site, scheduling contractors, quality control, assisting homeowners with understanding of the building process and time lines, confirming and ordering selections made by the home owner, scheduling inspections, and more.
