In the position of Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role as the main point of contact with our end-users. This position will report to the Customer Support Supervisor and be part of the Customer Service team.

The roles and responsibilities of this position include:


- Receive user inquiries by e-mail, telephone and live chat in a timely manner
- Utilize our knowledge-base to respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally
- Escalate user inquiries where necessary and following-up to ensure timely and thorough service
- Maintain and update tickets using our helpdesk support software to avoid missing user inquiries and aid in accurate reporting
- Positively represent Respect Group through efficient, professional and pleasant customer service
- Additional administrative tasks as required during slow periods

Requirements:


- Prior experience in a customer-facing service role
- Conversational-level competence in both spoken and written French and English
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills, comfortable resolving technical issues for users with provided tools
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Flexibility to work shifts on a year-round rotating schedule from 6:00 am until Midnight (MST)


The Customer Support Specialist is a work from home position, a quiet office space where you can work uninterrupted will be required. A laptop will be provided preloaded with the software required for the duration of employment. It is a requirement of this position that you maintain appropriate levels of internet access from your home office. Respect Group will provide documentation allowing for a tax deduction for this requirement.

This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule.
