About the role
Your mission is to ensure that our markets have the right products at the right time, to help improve our inventory and logistics processes and help build a scalable supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our local and international teams to assist with forecasted supply and demand requirements
- Liaise with our supply network
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date
- Prepare international shipping documentation
- Track shipments to ensure timely deliveries
- Ensure inwards goods are processed accurately
- Coordinate regular inventory audits
- Assist Sales Support team with customer enquiries, order processing, faulty good and returns
Skills and experience
- Experience in similar role
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Knowledge of inventory software e.g. Unleashed
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
