Position Summary:

The Lead Generation Sales Coordinator is a REMOTE marketing position and acts as the main point of contact between a B2B focused Marketing and Sales teams. This position has two core functions:  a) liaison with the sales team to understand their needs and manage/process their marketing support requests; b) research the core markets that the sales team targets to develop and manage data-driven, targeted marketing campaigns to produce Marketing Qualified Leads for our sales team. This position will utilize an integrated strategy that will include but is not limited to marketing automation, SEM, working lead lists, and event marketing as a way to support the identification, warming up, and activation of leads. This position will understand the different regions we serve and how to generate high-quality leads in each region. The Lead Generation Sales Coordinator will manage and refine the lead process this includes, establishing and running a program to generate leads, processing those leads, as well as mining data and prospect lists to develop high-quality MQL’s for the sales team. This position will also be creating, deploying and managing marketing campaigns for the purpose of lead generation. Example projects for sales support could be creating new price sheets, flyers for trade shows, or flyers for campaigns and company highlights.

What you will bring to The FruitGuys:

• You have 2-3 years experience performing a broad range of marketing functions including but not limited to digital marketing campaign data analysis, analyzing email campaign performance, direct mail, target market, and demographic analysis.
• You have 2-3 years of experience writing sales and marketing copy.
• Your experience includes B2B lead generation experience in both digital and non-digital space and management of lead generation focused campaigns.
• You have experience calculating CAC and setting goals for converting leads. 
• You have experience in creating content using Adobe Creative Suite.
• You are self-motivated, organized, and have outstanding time management skills.
• You are curious and are constantly learning about digital trends in customer retention.
• You are calm under pressure, quickly adapt to unexpected tasks or challenges and are flexible to the changing business needs. 
• You enjoy supporting salespeople to achieve sales goals.

Pay and Benefits:  

Full time, exempt (salaried) $50,000/yr.  Health, dental, and vision benefits, paid holidays, paid time off, and sick time are provided. 401K plan is available. The FruitGuys is an EEO employer.
