In marketing, our objectives are to drive brand and revenue growth. One way we’ll do this is by fostering relationships with our customers (at Sir Kensington’s, we call them our eaters). We are determined to make every interaction with an eater a positive one with our unique blend of integrity and charm. Your success means that each eater has the opportunity to transform into a brand advocate spreading our message and product on our behalf.

This role is about facilitating and designing exceptional one-to-one communications, and it manages inquiries across a range of owned and earned platforms at Sir Kensington’s. The Community Experience Manager is our proverbial ear to the ground. You’ll often be the first to alert our team to a new insight, a product defect, or a key trend that might transform our business strategy. You’ll take those insights to create even better and more memorable eater experiences. While you sit on the marketing team, you’ll be closely tied to our R&D team, retail team, and especially the Unilever Quality Control team. You’ll be in charge of engaging with eaters through a number of platforms like our customer service portal, social media channels, as well as, superfan group called the Tastebuds (we’ll explain more in person). Also, rather than being reactive to eater inquiries, the role requires a proactive mentality. You’ll report to our Content and Community Strategist who owns our content strategy. You’ll collaborate with the larger content team to develop content for our owned channels as well as campaigns as you surface eater insights. This role is based in New York City.
