Accounting & Logistics Coordinator
In this role, you will provide critical support to Fody’s Finance and Logistics Team on a variety of accounting, operational and administrative activities.
Responsibilities include:
• Bookkeeping: coordinate the complete receivable and payable cycles
• Supporting financial reporting process (financial statements, margin analysis, etc)
• Coordinating in-bound shipping from suppliers to our warehouses
• Supporting Marketing team with event operations such as logistics’ coordination for trade shows or events
• Supporting Product Innovation team with supplier relations and various elements of product development.
• Performing general office management and administration roles in support of smooth day to day operations
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Accounting knowledge required
• Extremely attentive to detail, with superior organizational skills and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proven resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Bilingualism an asset
