This innovative leadership team is comprised of four roles – Director of Community, Director of Integrity, Director of Opportunity, and Director of Operations. They will work in collaboration to effectively run day-to-day operations, drive company growth, and fully support field operations. Their combined efforts will exemplify and further promote DialogueDirect’s culture and high standards of performance. This collection of leaders is directly accountable to our Executive team and Board of Directors. Together they will support DialogueDirect as a whole and drive the organization’s business and cultural development.

The Director of Opportunity fosters a culture entrepreneurship, growth, and performance. Their responsibilities and expectations forge new paths of growth and leadership to influence the world:

Entrepreneurship – Manage budget and profitability. Develop growth, performance, and reach. Entrepreneur and Network Programs. Coach and mentor future industry leaders.

Innovation – Champion full-service fundraising growth. Complete integrated testing and roll out of new initiatives. Oversee and share research and development learnings and results.

Technology – Enhance processes for automation and efficient maintenance. Own all end-to-end integration and testing of new tools and platforms

Requirements and Traits:

• Experience in Face-to-Face Fundraising (Additional fundraising methods preferred but not required)
• Creative and Forward Thinking
• Entrepreneurial Experience and Mindset
• Proven Success in Coaching and Leadership Development
• Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
• Advanced Project Management
• Ability to Manage and Develop Telemarketing and Video Marketing Campaigns
• Data Analysis and Systems Knowledge
• Market Opportunity and Technology Knowledge
• Experience in Navigating Help Desk and IT Support
• Knowledge of Apple Business Tools
