Senior Associate, Client Partnership job in Berlin

We’re looking for a bilingual (German/English) Senior Associate to join our client partnership team in Berlin. A Senior Associate in client partnership is a true collaborator - working across our various internal functional teams to navigate and lead client projects, while also being a dedicated partner to our main client contacts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Working primarily with the Director, Client Partnership positions across all our Global Prairie offices, this individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:

• Serving as main point of contact to primary client for day-to-day communication and deliverables
• Understanding clients’ business needs and project strategy
• Leading project deliverables from kick off to completion, as part of a high functioning multidisciplinary team
• Managing timelines and budgets in partnership with project management team
• Overseeing client billing in partnership with finance team
• Eagerness to identify new opportunities for business growth and improvement in Europe
• Partnering with an integrated team to build new business proposals and estimates 

Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

• 5+ years’ professional experience in marketing, communications or consulting with demonstrated increasing responsibility
• Passion for and knowledge of agriculture, food and healthcare industries a plus
• Professional fluency in German and English, additional languages a plus
• Bachelors or graduate degree
• Global mindset with willingness and availability to travel (when it is safe to do so)
• Strong time management skills and an ability to multitask; ability to follow-through on many matters
• Team player with a proven ability to work well with a diverse group of professionals
• Excellent communication skills –written and spoken
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
