THE ROLE: ASSOCIATE BRAND MANAGER

We are searching for an Associate Brand Manager to lead business analytics and insights for our First Aid business while helping with product, brand, and category research. You are passionate about business insights. You're not afraid to dive into the data, interpreting numbers and translating them into actionable insights. You are a strategic thinker, but also someone who can execute the day to day plan. You're looking for a job where no two days are the same and you want to grow with a company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the company performance dashboard, monitoring and analyzing performance for Welly and competition by product, segments, retailer, and key pulse periods
  • Lead brand volume forecasting and brand financial plans.
  • Keep a pulse on competition and new launches to assess impact to business
  • Monitor industry trends and perform research on competitive products, brands, and categories
  • Assist in identifying and addressing unmet or under-served consumer, shopper, and/or customer needs and/or segments
  • Assist in customer specific product development needs
  • Collaborate with broader Brand team on qualitative and quantitative research

CAPABILITIES + REQUIRED SKILLS + RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 2-5 years experience in brand or data insights role in the CPG industry (Healthcare is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with category analysis, forecasting and P&L management
  • Experience working with syndicated and shopper data such as IRI or Nielsen
  • Ability to change information into insights for actionable growth
  • A true "Team Player" who can work cross-functionally to achieve results
  • Strong fundamental business skills as well as a passion for disruptive innovation
  • Knowledge and experience in working with all customer channels (including e-commerce)
  • Energy, passion and a strong desire to build a transformational brand in today's marketplace
  • An analytical thinker with a strong "Can Do!" attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability in presentation development and storytelling in PowerPoint and analysis in Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, deadline driven environment
  • MBA a plus, but not required
