THE ROLE: AMAZON MANAGER
Your mission is to help make the Amazon business run smoothly. From managing inventory, reporting on campaign results and researching competitive trends and opportunities, you are the engine of the business. You are proactive, highly organized, self-driven and expect the best from yourself - you genuinely see the cup half full, even under pressure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage inventory for Welly on Amazon. Works in close partnership with Supply Chain to prepare orders and troubleshoot day-to-day product listing and supply chain issues.
• Provide data driven insights and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders (operations, marketing, product management, program management) and understand and meet their analytics needs on a continual basis.
• Develop sales dashboard to track against forecast
• Support size of opportunity forecasting for new items/categories and leads launching new items
• Partner with Director of Ecomm to develop Amazon business strategies and goals
• Partner with Digital Media agency to understand growth areas, sales opportunities and new content needs for media
• Manage health of content pages for products on Welly’s Amazon store
• Works cross-functionally to create automation- and process-optimization tools in ops and marketing
• Seek ways to make reduce waste of damaged goods


CAPABILITIES + REQUIRED SKILLS + RESPONSIBILITIES
• 2-5 years of experience working with Amazon or as a broker to Amazon
• Experience with Seller Central
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
• Top-notch communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment
• You’re not afraid to ask questions to get the answers you’re looking for
• Dedication to personal and professional accountability - you ask questions, learn quickly and find solutions
• You are curious – you possess the drive to always be learning and growing, professionally and personally
