Description

Primary Function:
Develop systems and processes to generate and nurture leads for the business, including through marketing, digital lead generation, response to inbound leads, proposal development, submission and tracking.

Job Responsibilities:
A. Review, manage and track marketing activities to ensure a focus on quality lead development – list growth, inquiry growth, proposal growth and ultimately revenue growth, to include website content and design, newsletter and other outbound marketing activities and follow up on inbound leads.
B. Develop website, newsletter and social media content to deliver on lead generation objectives and grow our audience, list and leads.
C. Fill Transcend public programs (Fearless Leaders MasterClass®)
D. Manage Transcend public communications to represent Transcend values, market positioning and culture, including a high level of professionalism, a strong public commitment to social good, innovation and just a little irreverence.
E. Develop a boilerplate for RFP Responses and manage RFP process to ensure timely high quality submissions and a robust bid/no-bid decision process.
F. File certification renewals and update listings on relevant sites for WBE, WOSB, SAM.gov and BLabs Impact Assessment and others that may emerge to keep Transcend’s unique positioning and presence in the marketplace.
G. Develop a strong customer appreciation program to include holiday events/cards, gifts or other ways of including our customers and engaging them with our brand.
H. Take point on day to day interactions with our marketing agency and other outside vendors to execute the above responsibilities.

Knowledge/Skills Requirements
• Self-starter who is both disciplined and organized with daily activity.
• Strategic thinking to analyze results and develop new and innovative approaches.
• Experience with lead generation and marketing strategy in professional services preferred.
• Comfort with digging for “why” and going one step further in finding a path forward.
• Ability to be diplomatic and warm with customers, prospects and suppliers to build relationships and affinity for our brand.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Values aligned with BCorp principles and a demonstrated commitment to the triple bottom line
• A keen interest in organizational development and a predisposition to be a life long learner.
