The program is active in 25 countries and has offices in 7 countries, the Head Office is based in Indooroopilly, Brisbane. As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Casual Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
The Role
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the following:
• Accurately recording all required data into the system within required timeframes
• Printing and mailing training certificates
• Administration duties
• Scanning and archiving
• Deal with requests relating to data and certificates
• Relief reception duties
• Recommend possible improvements to the data entry process
• Communicate with the data management team and other key stakeholders
The Person
To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills and experience:
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• MS Office skills – including Word and Excel
• Familiarity with in-house systems or databases
• Experience working in office administration and reception
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Team player
This role is initially a casual position with up to full time hours. The role provides the opportunity to learn about the way Triple P operates within a friendly and supportive environment.
