YOU AGAIN:

We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach who will be responsible for driving the changes in support of the adoption of an Agile methodology across office. You will orchestrate and lead a multi-year Agile culture transformation agenda. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to implement changes in support of the Agile portfolio.

  • Define and manage the Agile transformation program and champion the sustainability of best practices for Agile.
  • Embed Agile methodology and principles in the enterprise, reflected in mindset and culture changes.
  • Responsible for the direct oversight and coordination of the multiyear Agile transformation portfolio.
  • Define scope, timelines, value proposition for delivery planning of projects and entire Agile transformation program.
  • Develop strong, effective working relationships with Business Line and key stakeholders to effectively execute projects and embed Agile sustainability practices.
  • Identify training and other change initiatives to prepare overall organization for the adoption of an Agile methodology.
  • Identify changes needed in central support teams and control functions to support the efficient execution of Agile projects. Work with Agile projects and central/control teams to implement the changes.
  • Promote and ensure that individuals/teams are fully engaged in the Agile lifecycle moving from a waterfall agile (‘wagile”) to an interactive development mindset.
  • Define key metrics and develop an approach for capturing the benefits of the Agile approach.

  • You have a proven track record of successfully delivering to time, cost, and quality with autonomy.
  • You have experience with various testing techniques TDD (Test Driven Development), behavior driven testing.
  • You have the ability to work through and with others to drive change.
  • You have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and excellent listening skills.
  • You have Technology and digital acumen and an analytical mindset combined with strategy planning and organizing skills.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, collaborating and team building.
  • You have the ability to manage complexity and navigate through ambiguity.
  • You have creativity to balance detailed problem solving while maintaining a ‘big picture’ strategic view.
  • You have the ability to manage time and prioritize to execute on multiple initiatives within a larger portfolio.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, Master’s degree a plus.
  • You master SCRUM, XP or Lean. You have an excellent IT culture and a real sense of Delivery.
  • You are a strong believer in Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, XP and interested in learning more about Design Thinking, Lean Start-up.


Your Role at PALO IT Ambassador

You will be invited to take part in R&D works done within our Practices. You will have the chance to assist or be a speaker at must-attend international IT conferences. You will have the opportunity to write articles for our Blog or specialized press. Genuine ambassador of PALO IT, you will present our offers and take an active role in the development of the company.
