Tender Writer – with Flexibility.


Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world's most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Tender Writer to join our team. Flexible hours, part time and full time applicants will be considered.


The Tender Writer is the perfect opportunity to utilise strong tender writing and coordination skills in an environment driven to create positive change for families and children around the world. The primary responsibility of this role is to respond to tenders and proposals from our global teams, working closely with the Program Implementation team to ensure all information is evidence-based and consistent with our core message.


The Role
• Plan, manage and coordinate tender and proposal development globally
• Prepare and submit tenders and proposals to strict deadlines
• Creation of professional documents which communicate complex ideas in a succinct way
• Collaborate across the business to coordinate all the required input for tenders
• Review and fact check documentation as required
• Support the wider team with other duties and process development

The Person
• Experience in developing and writing professional tenders for Government and business audiences, particularly within the health, social services and community sector
• Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp attention to detail
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, working to strict deadlines
• Ability to work with local and global teams to develop engaging and complex documents
• Skills in researching and analysing information
• A good communicator with strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Preference for tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
