Operations Analyst job in London

Who are we looking for?

• Flexibility to take on various operations responsibilities
• Able to manage multiple activities and priorities according to business need
• Whilst knowledge across a spectrum of industry processes is advantageous, a desire to learn and apply new learnings is needed
• Good communication skills
• Able to train subsequent team members
• Experience designing customer journeys for a multi channel digital platform
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment

What does the role involve?

• Defining operations activities, KPI’s and maintaining operational procedures
• Establishing relationships with key suppliers and defining service levels
• Responding to industry and customer queries, raising service desk tickets where needed and working with our contact centre providers on escalated queries
• Refining activities on service provision with our key agents and partners
• Monitor industry changes and work with internal teams and partners to implement required changes
• Establishing reporting mechanisms and publishing management information to key stakeholders
• Working with the communications specialist to provide an input into the development of our communications for events in customer journey
• Working with automation partners, refining requirements, managing backlog and providing input on User acceptance testing and running platform
• Providing assistance to finance in validating industry invoices.
