JOB MISSION
Oversees digital projects, with a strong focus on DavinesPro, Davines’ B2B web application, working as the point of contact between departments, content producers, and development to ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience and content delivery to the Davines Community.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure DavinesPro contains most up-to-date information about Davines, products, education, events, and online services for hairdressers.
- Lead team to successful execution on various project types – feature development, digital lead generation, video production, SEO, and social media.
- Monitor platform and campaign KPIs, track and analyze performance, and report on insights and opportunities for optimization
- Communicate between various departments and team members digital project milestones, decisions, status, and delivery.
- Assess client needs and team challenges proactively to create and enable effective solutions
- Oversee project scopes and schedules
- Manage internal resources and prioritization of projects
- Provide day-to-day support to users, sales representatives, staff, etc.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and identify ways to utilize them in innovative ways
- Be aware of digital products and production within the industry, competition and trade organizations
- Supervise budgets
- Collects feedback and audience research to optimize user experience and expand features
- Ability to combine technical knowledge with creative instinct to come up with original solutions across digital platforms
- Other projects as assigned.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree
- Experience managing digital and creative projects
- A keen interest in digital marketing and community management
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in agile project management
- 1-2 years experience managing web platform and its users
- Experience in beauty and/or wellness
- Community management experience a plus
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS a plus
- Understanding the specificities of the best user experience for hairdressers
- Having the ability to coordinate and mediate the needs of different departments
- Being able to effectively communicate with the team to share knowledge, best practices and support competencies development;
- Being able to work effectively in and across teams;
