ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

As a senior member of the Insight & Strategy group at Global Prairie, this individual will be responsible for:

  • Co-leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive client deliverables
  • Conducting and analyzing complex primary and secondary research
  • Identifying and articulating relevant, innovative and impactful insights
  • Shaping insight-driven strategies to drive against business objectives
  • Bringing an insight-based POV to all client challenges and opportunities
  • Delivering highly polished, persuasive client presentations
  • Designing content and leading workshops for all levels of client audiences
  • Architecting complex insight-generation methodologies and identifying sophisticated strategic models to address client’s business needs
  • Authoring and presenting proposals to effectively sell in our recommended approach
  • Identifying and seizing upon opportunities to drive organic growth

Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

  • >10 years’ experience
  • Prior roles in marketing, data science, consulting, research or similar with demonstrated increasing responsibility
  • Bachelors or graduate degree
  • Willingness and availability to travel
  • Effective communication skills – long form written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Keynote, Qualtrics

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. As a 'Best for the World' Benefit Corporation and Employee-Owned organization, Global Prairie offers a best-in-class total rewards package, which includes healthcare coverage, ESOP retirement plan, 401k matching, Health & Wellness stipends and a broad range of other benefits.

Expected Compensation Range: $80,000 to $160,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
