Description

Performance Marketing Executive

Are you an experienced digital media performance marketer looking for your next exciting challenge? Do you aspire to work for a purposeful, sustainable, and growing ethical brand? You might be who we are looking for – we are after an exceptional individual to drive the performance of Pukka within key markets across multiple commercial platforms?

Based in our award-winning Bristol head office and reporting to Pukka’s ECommerce Lead, the Performance Marketing Executive is a permanent full-time role, with a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on the experience, alongside a benefits package designed to nurture your wellbeing and personal development.

About the opportunity

This exciting opportunity calls for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to drive commercial performance digitally, through a data and insight led bid management trading strategy, utilising AMS and third-party optimization software.

Driving this strategy serves to deliver Pukka’s ambition to nurture healthier, happier lives through powerful organic plants. In this role you’ll be accountable for the performance of Pukka within the key European markets as well as own the Pureplay (e.g., Amazon) performance KPI’s. You’ll manage and optimise media spend, keeping within profitability guardrails, as well as establish an organic optimization program designed to complement the paid media activity.

You will also be involved in implementing best practice campaign strategy and structure to Pureplay marketing accounts and to identify emerging trends that represent commercial opportunities for Pukka. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure we have the best creative formats in play to drive the best engagement and conversion on platform. You’ll also be working with the wider portfolio team to advise and input on the evolution of our ecommerce offering for Pukka that drives brand awareness and maximises profitability and growth.

About you

A lover for all things digital, you’ll have a passion for Pukka’s vision to connect people, plants, and the planet. Extensive experience gained working across the digital sphere, particularly with a deep familiarity in AMS, DSP and optimisation software such as Sellics or Pacvue is essential.

A key part of this role is in understanding the paid media optimization process, as well as the wider eCommerce working environment. You’ll have the knowledge of various forecasting tools and reporting platforms to forecast financial and inventory performance within the calendar year.

With a strong background in statistical analysis, you will utilise data to drive performance and business decisions and have the capacity for problem conceptualization and solution design through your analytical thinking.

This is a fast-paced role which has its complexities and challenges, therefore a positive and flexible approach to problem solving is essential. You’ll be experienced at engaging and influencing stakeholders and senior leaders, exciting and inspiring with plans and getting their buy in, always with a clear and respectful communication style. If you are to be our Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll be someone who seizes opportunities to benefit the wider business goals and be passionate about contributing to a purpose-led mission – everything you do is designed to inspire people to lead a more conscious life through the incredible power of plants.
