Key areas of responsibility
• Manage overall workflow from origination, underwriting to funding hand-off.
• Continue to improve loan workflow and process.
• Run QC reports on Processing Screens within Salesforce / nCino and monitor for accuracy.
• Coordinate and participate in weekly/as-needed meetings with Funding manager to go over loans in process/funding.
Processing and day to day duties may include:
• Create New Loans, related Relationships and Collateral Records within our nCino Loan management system
• Create applicable Smart checklist within nCino, that outlines items needed to be distributed to borrower, Business Development Officer (BDO) and Credit Officer (CO).
• Coordinate communication with borrowers, BDOs, Attorneys, Brokers, etc., to obtain all necessary documentation for loan file.
• Set up nCino Borrower Portal
• Coordinate and participate in weekly loan team calls. Keep borrowers, brokers, and CDFI staff up to date on loan status and any issues.
• Request and Process Deposits / Fees for Good Faith Deposit (GFD) from Borrower(s) and track in nCino.
• Work with Accounting to reconcile invoices related to loan transactions as needed.
• Update borrower / loan information in Salesforce / nCino software throughout the loan process.
• Communicate with borrowers regarding discussion topics not directly related to credit analysis (ie: Title, construction/rehab and property issues, borrowing and organizational structures, etc.).
• Perform general administrative tasks and functions, including gathering appropriate documents before file is given to underwriter.
• Assist the Commercial Funding Specialist with the file transfer from underwriting to closing to assist with escrow/title and other closing related activities.

• Chief Commercial Credit Officer
• Director of Loan Operation, Accounting, Business Development, Construction, Funding, Loan Servicing and Underwriting Departments

• None

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of two-three years commercial loan processing experience and/or relevant work experience.
Competencies:
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Real Estate/CRA loan processing
• Displays strong Critical Thinking and Problem-solving skills
• Must be detail oriented and achievement driven
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with CMS systems such as Salesforce – (specifically nCino is a plus)
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Must be proactive and organized
• Must be superior at:
o Managing time/prioritizing
o Being pro-active
o Multitasking (working on multiple files simultaneously)
o Communicating
o Recognizing problems/solving problems in order to fund files on time/keep the process flowing
