Description

The Marketing & Ecommerce Manager will lead the growth and success of MINNA’s ecommerce marketing efforts as well as support drive to retail efforts, partnering closely with the rest of the leadership team. In this role, you will provide leadership, communicate strategic direction and direct the activities of the ecommerce and consumer marketing team. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing the strategy and execution to create a best-in-class consumer experience. This includes customer acquisition, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction across all consumer touch points. The Marketing & Ecommerce Manager is the perfect mix of art and science in their abilities, instincts, and execution. You have a gut for great creative and mind for strategy, execution, and measurement. You will take a leadership role in building a best-in-class consumer experience across the MINNA ecosystem.

General Responsibilities

Strategy & Analysis
  • Work closely with CEO to develop and execute a global marketing strategy
  • Build a scalable marketing budget and plan for smart growth while expanding channel mix, and improving key customer KPI’s and overall profitability
  • Build and lead reporting and analytics across all channels and own the performance of all relevant KPIs (LTV, CAC, contribution margin, channel CPAs, retention cohorts, customer churn feedback, return rates, etc.)
  • Execute and scale an acquisition strategy through both online and offline marketing channels including search engine marketing (SEM), Direct Mail, Paid Social, search engine optimization (SEO), external partnerships and other direct marketing programs.
  • Report and analyze channel and campaign performance real-time, daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights and make recommendations for action and opportunities.
Content
  • Develop and manage the company’s email marketing program to maximize results through segmentation, cadence, offer and design.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence on all existing and new platform
  • Manage external partners to optimize and expand upon existing marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and contribute to content marketing as a support to other channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize outreach and user experience in-store and online including graphic design, web creators, and PR
Leadership & Execution
  • Lead on human resource objectives for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees including reviews and compensation
 

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

+ 4-6 years managing an ecommerce business and digital marketing
+ Experience within the artisan sectors a plus
+ Experience within the home decor space
+ 3+ years managing a team
+ Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics experience
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Self-motivated, comfortable making decisions
+ Team player with a strong work ethic
+ Understanding and ease using gender-inclusive language
+ Committed to anti-racism work
+ Ideally able to report to our studio in Germantown, NY most days or visit monthly if based remotely
