Description

MINNA is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead our omni-channel business. You will oversee our direct-to-consumer, brick-and-mortar, trade, and wholesale channels driving sales and growth.

General Responsibilities

  • Build and develop sales goals across all channels including Wholesale, Trade, E-commerce, Brick-and-mortar.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for each product category, with action plans, short- and long-term goals
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts that include sales, profit, returns and markdowns.
  • Provide weekly sales performance analysis for channel and key accounts.
  • Provide ROI analysis following each promotional event
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with the Trade and Key Wholesale Accounts
  • Build new relationships and cultivate relationships with past clients to grow MINNA’s Trade program
  • Regular outreach to appropriate targets
  • Provide meeting summary following each customer meeting
  • Develop quarterly business review presentation for leadership team
  • Set-up and manage Trade and B2B portals
  • Create a MINNA database or CRM system of designers and architects
  • Order processing, receiving payment, and ensuring orders make it into the fulfillment pipeline
  • Project managing catalog updates and building swatch programs
 

Qualifications

+ 3-5 years experience in retail B2C and B2B sales management
+ 1-2 years in people management
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Experience with database technology and tracking outreach and follow-up with prospective clients.
+ Confidence with presentation skills
+ Team player with a strong work ethic
+ Understanding and ease using gender-inclusive language
+ Committed to anti-racism work
+ Ideally able to report to our studio in Germantown, NY most weekdays or visit frequently if based remotely
