Marketing Associate, Brand & Community job in Germantown

MINNA is seeking a full time Marketing Associate to drive community and brand partnerships, with the goal of driving brand awareness, community engagement, and loyalty across all of our marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of the MINNA brand story and our products in order to communicate the clearest, most engaging message
Execute all creative (messaging and visuals) for key campaigns and newsletters
Develop content calendar, content, and post on social media
Maintain the MINNA journal
Develop and execute partnerships strategy including giveaways, collaborations, and more
Develop and lead loyalty program
Identify new opportunities for community engagement across channels
Manage media lists including media outlets, influencers, affiliate network, and brand placements

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
+ 2-3 years experience in brand marketing, graphic design, community management, and/or partnerships
+ Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite experience
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Self motivated
+ Team player with a strong work ethic
+ Understanding and ease using gender-inclusive language
+ Committed to anti-racism work
+ Ideally able to report to our studio in Germantown, NY most weekdays or visit frequently if based remotely
