Position Summary:
Lead the development and execution of EILEEN FISHER direct to consumer marketing programs, promotions and experiential marketing for the US and Global markets. Work cross-functionally to develop omni-channel programs and strategies that meet brand objectives. We are seeking a strong, experienced marketer with a successful track record in executing marketing programs and creating exciting brand experiences. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
DTC Marketing - Work cross functionally with DTC Management, Brand Communications Team, eileenfisher.com, Social Media, DTC Buying and Planning and Visuals team on the execution of DTC marketing programs.- Manage all promotional activity for US and Global retail.- Manage the planning, production and execution of DTC direct mail projects globally. - Facilitate regular DTC marketing strategy meetings for the US and Global markets.- Oversee development of local marketing plans, such as opening, closings, etc.- Develop seasonal marketing presentations, briefs, and activation guides for the brand.- Collaborate with DTC field leaders in communicating marketing campaigns and collecting and sharing feedback.- Oversee Company Store (Outlet) marketing programs- Build and manage multiple marketing budgets.- Manage and develop 2 direct reports
Experiential Marketing- Lead Events team to develop strategy, create and execute events for DTC and the brand- Inspire team to develop creative and innovative event concepts that engage and delight current and prospective customers.
Campaign Strategy - Develop, implement omni-channel campaigns to support DTC business strategy and objectives. - Ensure alignment on campaign development and implementation across all channels. - Manage and maintain budgets, developing campaign briefs and working closely with and leading a cross-functional team on aligning campaigns.- Develop and implement integrated omni-channel calendar to ensure marketing alignment across channels- Establish and maintain strong working relationship with key internal stakeholders - Communicate out integrated plans and tactics internal (30/60/90 day outlook) + provide store network with required campaign information and set up to support campaigns- Collaborate with CRM team on post-campaign analyses reporting, lessons learned, and recommendations for future programs
