The person:

You love detail and have an eagle eye for capturing and reporting information and data with the highest degree of accuracy. You can be trusted with maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in the day-to-day benefits administration of all health and welfare benefits - medical, dental, vision, FSA, voluntary coverage, life, disability, EAP and 401(k) - and leave of absence coordination - Personal, FMLA, PDL, Bonding and Workers’ Compensation. Accurate and compliant reporting is a welcome challenge and you find it like a puzzle where you can apply your advanced Excel and HRIS systems skills to develop more robust on-line resources and less paper and printing. Each month, you look forward to reviewing claims and contribution reports, reconciling billing statements and allocating/tracking ACA data, entering hires and terminations into voluntary benefit systems and submitting COBRA information to the third party administrator. And if you are bilingual in English/Spanish, that’s a huge benefit.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred with a minimum of five years of related professional or administrative experience; or equivalent education/experience combination. CEBS, S/PHR, SHRM-CP or related designation preferred.Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to independently manage projects to completion.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, independently plan, coordinate and complete projects with accuracy and within designated timeframe.Requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts, employees, vendors and guests. Advanced computer skills in HRIS systems, Word, PowerPoint, Email, Excel, Publisher, Internet and related programs.

The location:

Our corporate office is located at 12901 Old River Rd Hopland, CA 95449. Hopland is a small town of less than 800 people located at the start of the Redwoods of Northern California. It is about a two hour drive, along scenic U.S. Route 101, north of San Francisco.
