Team Purpose
Has contact with: Department Store Accounts, Sales, Sales Operations, Business and Merchandise Planning, Inventory Ops, Department Store Merchandising, Merchandising, Production, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sample Coordinator
Job Profile
Reports to: Senior Business Leader or Sales Director
Assist and support with all aspects of department store account management including gathering and organizing selling and financial information, preparing orders and ensuring accuracy of product and sales information.

Manage and maintain various reports for respective account structure. Gather and analyze financial and selling information from accounts weekly, monthly and seasonally
Participate in key sales meetings in order to learn the product offering in each month.
Prepare and enter projections into 7th Online system; maintain and process all revisions within 7th Online and Blue Cherry
Prepare and assist in market appointments
Partner with Operational Sales Support to gather shipping information and ensure future delivery of orders have been confirmed
Pull open to sell report and work with respective sales team in identifying key styles for potential reorders
Primary connection with Sample Coordinator to service all sample needs and ensure advertising looks are passed onto store teams prior to deadlines.
Prepare, organize and process seasonal line orders; distribute to appropriate teams as needed
Partner with In Store Merchandising team on product needs, business opportunities, and specialist clothing allowance and quarterly bonuses.
Help with all seasonal training seminars: help create and write up agenda, pull samples for line of show
Work with Accounting to help resolve open chargebacks and process claims
Key final selling on line sheets
Handle other special projects as needed
