After an unprecedented year and a half of growth, we are looking towards an exciting future as we build out teams across the entire org. We need a talented recruiter to see the recruitment process through from start to finish for HQ roles, with a focus on filing the top of funnel with that amazing talent, just right for Allbirds.

What does the job entail?

You will:

  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to bring in a high volume of passive and diverse candidates. Take a creative approach to sourcing, thinking outside the box and leaving no stone left unturned.

  • Build a pipeline of amazing prospective candidates across all HQ functions.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to see each HQ recruitment through from top of funnel to offer.

  • Partner with the People Ops Manager to iterate and constantly improve and scale our recruiting process using a numbers-based, highly objective approach.

  • Be a candidate advocate, ensuring a challenging and positive experience for everyone that comes through the Allbirds recruiting process.

  • Maintain an open to fill rate of <90 days across all assigned recruitments.

What kind of person are we looking for?

You possess a deep desire to understand the job functions and future path for each open role, and an ability to intentionally connect the dots between those roles and a diverse set of candidates. You understand the numbers game behind recruiting, and find joy in connecting people to the work that enables them to thrive.

More practical skills needed:

  • 2-3 years of sourcing and recruiting experience in a high-volume environment

  • Scrappiness, low ego, a self-starting approach, and a keen ability to listen

  • Experience sourcing tech and/or creative talent

  • Incredible communication and writing skills; highly professional approach to interacting with candidates and hiring managers

  • Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information as we usher new hires in the door

  • Systems focused and highly analytical approach to scaling our recruitment process
