As the Application Manager, you are responsible for helping Singularity scale some of its most critical programs while enhancing the productivity of Singularity’s employees. You will help identify, configure and customize critical Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications supporting operational business needs across multiple teams within Singularity, establishing best practices and providing communication and training to support them.

Our Requirements (you must have):

At least two years professional experience in an application management role.

About You (we’d like it if you…):

Demonstrate the capacity to develop a deep understanding of enterprise applications such as Zendesk, inPartner, Tableau, Marketo, and Salesforce.
Have past experience in Cvent for event management; this role will be responsible first for Cvent administration and then for other applications.
A history of success serving as a single point of contact while managing an application as a shared service.
Lots of curiosity about new skill sets and applications we might use.
Are biased toward action and are a great collaborator. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.
You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.

Our engineering team builds both the digital infrastructure supporting our existing programs along with digitally native products and services. The team helps the company reach our customers, prospective customers, and the general public through our websites and applications and is critical to our internal business processes. Our engineering team at the center of those efforts, providing leadership and expertise.
