Primary Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for educating, selling, servicing and growing the EILEEN FISHER brand in Europe, with primary focus on UK department stores including all aspects of follow-through and communication with accounts and internal departments to ensure achievement of sales goals.
Manage financial aspects of the business. Primary partner to plan, monitor and react to the business opportunities and trends by week throughout financial season. Accumulate month end figures by door and analyze to address issues/opportunities to ensure highest natural regular price sell through each season.
Develop and implement business plan by account to achieve corporate sales goals.
Lead role in preparing, orchestrating and prepping EF team prior to all management meetings. Own follow up and next steps connecting all the dots with both internal and external partners.
Communicate back to NY teams all key information pertaining to the business, product and customer opportunities that allow our business to prosper and grow throughout the Europe.
Create monthly product assortments that support EF brand message, product opportunities and past selling successes and present to stores in market. Accurately project and sell in seasonal product down to the SKU level. Work with buyers in market to create stories.
Lead the collaboration between store and EF teams focusing on marketing initiatives that both educate and engage the customer. Manage integrated marketing plan by account supported by print, digital and in store events.
Partner and support Visual Merchandise Leader around monthly floor sets and visual directives.
Travel to stores and spend quality time with store management and staff discussing business opportunities and educating both staff and customers on the EF product and values. Partner with Visual Merchandise Leader to schedule and host all seasonal product knowledge trainings.
Develop strong working partnership with in store support teams, i.e., visuals, personal shoppers, merchandisers, specialists and key store management. Educate in store brand specialists on how to maintain the selling floor in a way that is consistent with EF standards.
Work with each store to determine correct level of EF sales support. Interview, train and develop teams on all aspects of EF product and culture. Evaluate specialist on seasonal basis in partnership with store line leader.
Position yourself as senior leader on team embracing and modeling the EF leadership practice.
Develop and nurture growth in wholesale team. Provide timely and consistent feedback using EF leadership practices to guide conversations.
Create seamless working relationships with UK based EF retail stores and their teams. Be the model of the brand integration and partnership
Attend key New York meetings and seasonal markets (Minimum 3 times a year).
Liaise with Visual Merchandise Leader to execute seasonal markets in the UK from set up to break down. Book and lead sales appointments partnering with visuals and other wholesale/retail team.
Oversee the overall aesthetic and upkeep of the King’s Road showroom partnering with visuals and KR retail when necessary.
Partner with planning team to ensure seasonal plans meet the business objectives and needs for each account in collaboration with buyer.
Partner with planning team to analyze business by door to maximize sales opportunities (weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually).
Maintain order changes, substitutions, confirmations and shipping status/order tracking and all other information that pertains to accounts business and marketing.
