We are located in scenic Boulder Creek. Our culture is both focused and friendly.
Duties include:
1. Customer Service – as part of an interactive team, respond to customers, resolve issues – by phone, email and online
2. Accounts Receivable –invoice batch processing and verification, cash receipts, statements and collections,
3. Database administration- imports, exports and maintenance, monitor overall data integrity of databases
4. Order processing and other accounting tasks
5. Innovate – Think of how we can do our work better, faster, and less expensively and work with the team to make positive change that helps our members.
Skills and Background:
1. At least four years accounting, customer service and operations experience.
2. Solid computer and internet research skills including all accounting functions, database management.
3. Experienced with Salesforce.com, web store data entry, Sage100, MS Excel and Word, Outlook or equivalent programs.
4. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle high call volumes
5. Detail oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
6. Must be able to work well with a team or independently.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required with good command of the English language.
Salary/Benefits:
Based on skills and experience. This is a full-time position. Benefits include vacations, sick pay accrual, holidays, 401(k) plan, vision plan, life insurance.
Work Schedule/hours:
9:00 am to 5:30 pm, M-F
