Casper is looking for a Manager of Calendar and Process Management to own our go-to-market calendar and support our brand growth through effective calendar and project management.  This person will understand our ways of working and the all the players involved; understanding processes, dependencies, managing deadlines, problem solving and managing cross-functional relationships are key to success in this role.

When you're not catching zzz's, this is what you'll be doing...

  • Create, maintain and communicate all go-to-market calendars across product categories and functional areas. Accountable for calendar adherence and deadline completion; prioritize activities and collaborate with functional leaders and cross-functional project managers to ensure timelines are met.

  • Maintain dates and gates of product concept to consumer calendar. Own communication and upkeep of calendar.

  • Map as-is and to-be business processes, analyze gaps and provide recommended solutions.  Challenge and refine ways of working by collaborating with the large project management group.  

  • Build, lead and manage the calendar for all product launches. Post-PO placement, own product and category launch process with the cross-functional team. Collaborate closely with an understand the different functions on the cross-functional team.)

  • Partner with product team (product managers, designers and engineers) to author product knowledge materials to share with launch team (including the tech, creative, digital product, retail stores, e-comm, marketing, PR + comms teams).

  • Drive post-mortem process to encourage constant process improvement. Regularly update senior leadership on progress, timelines, escalating as necessary.

  • Empower cross-functional teams to achieve business goals through process change. Enable change and influence culture shifts in ways of working.  

Our dream candidate is...

  • At least 5 years project management experience including process improvement

  • Prior experience creating and managing calendars; skilled in building and managing complex calendars.  Must possess deep understanding of product development and product launch process.  

  • Fluent in Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote

  • Excellent communicator with an innate ability to influence others.  Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.  

  • Ability to drive to timelines and keep individuals on task.  Must be detail oriented and balance multiple priorities at once.
