Looking for a job to get you out of bed?


Casper is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help elevate the brand throughout all of our visual communications. We’re looking for someone who is a natural storyteller and can move fluidly between mediums. Conceptual thinking, strong typographic and illustration skills are a must. Our ideal candidate is motivated, organized and able to think and execute creatively and with a high degree of craft. They will collaborate with environments designers, copywriters, marketers and retail team members to produce visual assets with a focus on physical environments.


This role will report to the VP of Creative, and will work closely with the Environments Design team and the Director of Environments Design.


Casper (casper.com) is a global sleep company that launched in 2014 with an obsessively engineered, outrageously comfortable mattress sold directly to consumers. Its critically acclaimed sleep surface was developed in-house, has a sleek design, and is delivered in a small, "how did they do that?"-sized box. When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do



  • Work closely with environments designers to bring our visual language to life in physical spaces through window displays, supergraphics, signage, collateral, and wayfinding systems. Physical spaces will include in-store installations and displays, as well as temporary marketing events and activations.

  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters across the organization on cross-channel initiatives and campaigns.

  • Concept and design web content, marketing banners and emails, OOH, direct mail and print collateral.

  • Maintain and evolve brand and graphic standards for Casper.

  • Assist in art direction, photography and retouching for new product launches and campaigns.


Our dream candidate is...



  • 3-5 years experience at an agency or design-centric consumer brand

  • Expert knowledge of production techniques for 3d environments and spaces

  • Expert knowledge of typography and grid systems

  • Online portfolio that features a strong mix of branding, typographic, environmental & self-initiated work

  • Comfortable sketching out ideas by hand

  • Strong Adobe skills

  • Strong photo-retouching skills

  • Ability to render in 3D is a plus
