We're looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Marketing with startup growth experience and a keen eye for design. This creative marketer will be responsible for our next generation online & offline acquisition strategy including overseeing a team of 5+ with Design Director, Social Media Manager, Experiential Manager, PR consultant, SEO contractor, and more. The hybrid position is based in Chicago with 2 day/week remote flexibility.
Help us become the leading brand in flowers and a nationwide, socially conscious leader.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with CEO to execute brand goals and objectives.
- Design omni-channel marketing plan to scale across multiple cities.
- Oversee paid customer acquisition & organic content teams.
- Manage the growth of our brand army with new engagement ideas.
- Monitor campaign performance with data insight & trend analysis.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years experience in key startup creative or marketing leadership roles.
- Experience with brand development in successful CPG, retail, or product companies.
- Strong management skills with proven experience building & motivating teams.
- Natural self starter willing to roll up their sleeves and get in the weeds.
