Description

We are in business to save our home planet. You’ll be helping us achieve this by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our offices and stores across Europe, as well as developing and driving recruitment initiatives related to process improvement, employer branding and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. This role will sit as part of the EMEA People/HR Leadership Team.
Main tasks:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle in Europe, being the main point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, partners and agencies.
  • Lead, develop and manage 2 direct reports.
  • Ensure an equitable, diverse and inclusive end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Together with the HR Manager and HR Director, lead the design and implementation of recruitment initiatives aimed at improving overall recruitment processes and systems, increasing the visibility of the brand for potential candidates and ensuring that the hiring team follows best recruitment practices.
  • Together with the HR Director, design the overall EMEA recruitment strategy and support the People & Culture/HR team in setting the broader HR strategy in EMEA.
  • Work with the HR Manager, HR Director and Legal team to ensure that all our recruitment processes are compliant with local regulation.
  • Hire the most suitable candidates for our vacancies, which includes reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, job posting, conducting interviews, following up with candidates and working closely with hiring managers.
  • Support the HR team EMEA on other HR initiatives as needed and where time allows.

  • Extensive experience in an in-house recruitment role within Europe: end-to-end recruitment process experience, working with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for recruitment, staying up-to-date on innovation, tools, trends and best practices in the field
  • Experience managing and developing a team.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a great HR mindset.
  • Understanding of European legislation on such topics as visas, immigration and contracts.
  • Proactive, dynamic, with great attention to details.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, including the ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks.
  • Hands-on attitude, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Flexible, able to adapt to change quickly and handling ambiguity.
  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
