About B Lab

B Lab is transforming the global economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet. A leader in economic systems change, our global network creates standards, policies, and tools for business, and we certify companies—known as B Corps—who are leading the way. Our global vision for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system has never been more relevant or needed than it is now.

B Lab US & Canada is one of the partners of the global network that makes up the B Corp community. Our Mission is to cultivate, mobilize and amplify the collective impact of a community of credible, stakeholder-driven business leaders, in order to drive economic systems change for the benefit of all.

About the Opportunity

The US & Canada Community Team exists to create economic and environmental justice through the support and activation of Certified B Corporations. We are convenors, connectors, innovators, and equity-oriented community builders. With expertise in company engagement, events, technology, and network building, we create and support impact, financial resilience, and certification health for and through B Corps in the United States and Canada.

The Senior Associate Community Engagement plays a critical role in B Lab U.S. & Canada driving economic and environmental justice through one of the most central stakeholders: Certified B Corporations. An essential role to building a thriving, resilient, and JEDI-forward B Corp community, the Senior Associate Community Engagement is a skilled community builder, relationship manager, and project manager.
