As a member of the Prime team, the Production Support Developer is responsible for day-to-day operations support of the Prime Analytics and Prime Sourcing applications. They monitor data loads, investigate and follow up on client support issues, and work with the development team to resolve issues.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Handles day to day level 1 support issues
Monitors daily data loads
Investigates failed data loads
Research questions on data load logic
Research product bugs and provides information back to development
Investigates issues with product performance
Manages updates to location data reference tables
Assists with product release processes
Assists with product testing and QA
Assists with product documentation
Identifies potential user experience enhancements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Travel Industry experience is preferred
PC Skills:

Position requires general working knowledge of the following: MS Office, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Linux command line, data file analysis and manipulation.

Language Skills:

Ability, to communicate in standard business English both written and spoken. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group situations to customer, clients and other employees of the organization.
