Community Engagement Consultant– Home based, flexible hours
Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. We are seeking a Community Engagement Consultant to join our team to support organisations to effectively implement Triple P programmes throughout the UK. The role is home-office based with full time, flexible hours where the Consultant has overall responsibility for the organisations they are supporting and manages their own diary and meetings. The role is part of a remote based team who work together to support client outcomes across the UK.
The Role
Duties include:
• Supporting and guiding implementing organisations to develop:
• Initiatives to meet local community needs
• Effective implementation processes
• Training and accreditation plans
• Plans for the delivery of Triple P programmes – delivered by practitioners and self-directed online programmes
• Active evaluation processes
• Responsibility for managing relationships with implementing organisations
• Developing opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Working with other Implementation Advisors, Trainers, and operational teams to deliver outcomes
The Person
To be considered for the role:
• Postgraduate level degree in public or human services (psychology, public health, health education, social work, social and behavioural sciences)
• Experience in human services program planning and delivery
• Project management or coordination skills and experience managing multiple complex initiatives
• Experience with digital programmes (preferable)
• Experience with Triple P as a local coordinator, researcher, or senior practitioner (preferable)
