Description
Success is a positive customer experience that is willing to provide a referral at the end of the sale. You will be responsible for providing support to internal teams through accurate data entry, such as sales orders, to support the sales and fulfillment process. This allows our team to sell more effectively and the customer to feel supported and well informed from quote to order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with project managers on data entry and record verification
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity between customer documents and Internal systems.
- A high level of professionalism through team interactions which exemplify our values of Optimism, Quality & Integrity, Openness, Responsibility, Reliability, Identity, and Utility
- Master of Netsuite environment.
- Daily Input of customer purchase orders within the business unit’s operational KPIs.
- Daily Input of customer requests for quotes within the business unit’s operational KPIs.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for working with numbers.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
You must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years high-level customer service and /or sales support experience, ideally in a design and/or hospitality environment. Extreme organization, follow-up, and communication skills are required.
