Description

Restaurant Sector Lead looking after the National Group and Branded Restaurants, reporting to the Casual Dining Channel Lead. Working within a focussed sales team of 4 in this channel to deliver on Belazu’s purpose: we were born to inspire and serve chefs in every kitchen. We are looking for an established account manager with experience and connections in restaurant brands who is excited about our range of products. This is an exciting role for a sales professional looking for autonomy and ownership of this sector with the support of a wider team delivering against big plans.

👎 You lack a self-starting attitude and struggle with deadline focus

What the day job looks like

In this role, your daily focus is converting new and existing business relationships to drive growth. We are looking for a self starter with great account management skills, managing the portfolio so that your clients feel loved and your internal stakeholders are absolutely clear on what you need from them to get the business away. You will provide insight from key customers to support the business in product development and enjoy being part of the Innovation presentation process.

The core skills you will need to excel in the role

Industry contacts – a bulging little black book in this sector across multiple touchpoints
Excellent communicator who can quickly build rapport and influence others to build strong relationships
Good commercial knowledge
Exceptional sales skills
A great grasp of numbers with good Microsoft skills.
