Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine Physicians in a locum tenens capacity to staff our Urgent Care clinics. The weekend shifts are 10 hours, generally from 9am-7pm and on weekdays generally from 12pm-10pm, but there is also flexibility with hours and work week schedule. Average patient volumes are approximately 3 visits/hour. We prefer candidates that offer flexibility to travel between clinics, however we can work with you to keep you mostly at a primary location. We have a strong, independent group of 30 dedicated urgent care physicians providing services at our 6 urgent care clinics across Washington and Oregon. Our progressive, unique Urgent Care Department offers a virtual work opportunity through virtual visits and tele-medicine, while our integrated health care model allows you to easily connect with Specialists, offers a simple process to obtain referrals, provides less work to transfer patients from Urgent Care to Hospital Care, and requires no prior authorization approvals. We are able to provide flexible schedules, longer weekends and much less paperwork than primary care work.
