Now we’re looking for a part-time remote assistant to work with us virtually.

Administrative Assistant

As our new assistant, your primary goal is to manage all administrative paperwork and correspond with our clients within a very responsive turnaround time.

Your detail oriented nature will be critical in this role, as your paperwork must be error free and processed in a timely fashion. You’ll blend your knowledge and expertise of all things administrative to create the highest standard of excellence.

You’ll work alongside our CEO to provide support through our digital platform, so understanding software such as Docusign, Adobesign, and Box will be critical to your success. During the onboarding process, our customers will appreciate your extraordinary customer service, and your willingness to go above and beyond to ensure they receive the best experience possible.

You’ll succeed in this role if you are:

Meticulous – you leave no stone unturned, ensuring all i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed.
A strong communicator – you achieve clarity and understanding in both written and verbal format.
Efficient - you can keep up with a high volume of time-sensitive tasks.
Customer-focused – customer needs are your highest priority, and you exhaust every effort to ensure those needs are met.
A self-starter – you take action without instruction and don’t require anyone looking over your shoulder.

This is a part-time position with a competitive wage of $25 per hour. We offer flexible hours, and best of all you’re able to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative or related role
  • Experience in customer service or in a customer facing role
  • Professional level fluency in English
  • Proficiency with MAC and PC, Keynote, and Microsoft Office (PPT and Microsoft Word)
  • Experience in Docusign, Adobesign, and Box
