Purpose/Mission:


 


We are looking for an Office/Executive Administrator to join our growing team to support the management team with administrative work and effectively manage day-to-day office needs. The role reports to Director of Finance.

The Opportunity:


 


We are looking for a values-based individual to support our growing sales team in a permanent full-time capacity. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you are the hub of the sales and marketing teams. You make sure the sales team has the tools and information they need on a daily basis to exceed sales targets from product announcements to listing paperwork to sales reports. You are the go-to SAP Business One/ZedSuite guru for the sales team and will be expected to understand and explain the data and how best to use the tools provided most efficiently. The Sales Operations Specialist reports to the Director of Sales.


 


Critical Success Factors:


 



  • Detail Oriented - Accurately and on time completion of operational tasks, such as monthly setting up customer discounts in SAP, filling out price change and promotional paperwork, listing, website and GS1 paperwork and monitoring contingency fund management

  • Opportunity Finder - Compile, analyze and evaluate data on sales performance metrics, including trends for our customers, Account Managers and their territories, brands and products

  • Tech/Sales Data Guru - Support all members of the Sales Team to use sales tools, such as ZedSuite, the HFN Data Platform, regularly and effectively

  • Communication Hub - Coordinate and circulate brand/product announcements monthly

  • Sales Resource Librarian - Ensure sales tools/resources are accurate and up to date including pricebooks, order forms and POS and that team receives product education and samples as needed.
