We are looking for an Office/Executive Administrator to join our growing team to support the management team with administrative work and effectively manage day-to-day office needs. The role reports to Director of Finance.

We are looking for a values-based individual to support our growing sales team in a permanent full-time capacity. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you are the hub of the sales and marketing teams. You make sure the sales team has the tools and information they need on a daily basis to exceed sales targets from product announcements to listing paperwork to sales reports. You are the go-to SAP Business One/ZedSuite guru for the sales team and will be expected to understand and explain the data and how best to use the tools provided most efficiently. The Sales Operations Specialist reports to the Director of Sales.
