The Oregon Clinic is seeking a
temporary full-time Credentialed Medical Assistant to join our Neurology Division. This position will be located at Legacy Good Samaritan in NW Portland and is expected to run until March 2018, with potential to extend. This position will include both
front and back office duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in patients, phone triage, rooming patients, obtaining vitals, assisting physicians, and any other duties as assigned. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and prior experience
in both Medical Assisting and medical front office. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, strong at multi-tasking and dedicated to high quality patient care.


Starting pay range, based on experience: $17.50 - $18.50


 


 




Requirements



  • Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred; must be Certified (through AAMA, NCCT, etc)
  • Experience in a medical front office preferred
  • Prior scheduling and EMR experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent prior work references
  • Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines
