We’re looking for a Junior Program Manager to join our growing team in NYC. As a Junior Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to implement, communicate, and expand new online programs for the women in our community, ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed. We’re looking for someone passionate about creating change in the word of business; you’re right for the position if you’re a problem-solver, a self-starter, organized, and have strong written and communication skills. Experience in community management, customer service, or learning & curriculum development is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily management of key Ellevate Network online programs and benefits

  • Communication of benefits and opportunities to Ellevate members

  • Community building and facilitation

  • Brainstorming and suggesting improvements to existing programs and processes

  • Developing and launching new programs and resources

  • Tracking success of programs by measuring and reporting on KPIs

  • Collaboration and internal communication with key stakeholders

  • Attending and assisting at all-hands-on-deck Ellevate events in NYC, usually after-work on weekdays



  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Solid organizational skills, detail oriented

  • Patient and professional demeanor, positive attitude

  • Must have a sense of urgency and excellent time management skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and different tasks

  • Must be able to attend Ellevate Network events, usually after-work on weekdays (typically one per week)

  • Prior customer service experience preferred
