SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: (narrative)
Is responsible for the field scheduling of delivery and installation work, including manpower and vehicle assignments, final work order instructions, and primary communication with field crews.
Schedule project installations and small deliveries.
Schedule time off, holidays, meetings, training and other non-work related labor assignments
Communicate and interface with customers regarding scheduled installations and deliveries
Create work orders for all small delivery orders.
Create trip logs and prints warehouse pull and load out paperwork.
Communicate with foreman and leads regarding their progress on their scheduled work each day and adjust the schedule and manpower appropriately.
Communicate with and manage work assigned to subcontractors including negotiation of labor costs.
Interface daily with Sales Teams and Project Managers regarding schedules and work order instructions.
Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on fleet maintenance and repairs.
Complete installation time entry for all locations.
Support and demonstrate company mission, vision, and values.
Create professional and personal relationships with internal and external customers.
Honor all commitments.
Respond to stakeholder and management requests within 24 hours.
Maintain a high proficiency of product, process, design and industry concepts.
Connect with community through professional affiliation, community, charitable and/or civic organizations.
Strategize with department, vendors and sales team in the sales process.
Organize and prioritize your work (mail, calendar, contacts & tasks) utilizing company information technology & software.
