The role of the Creative Services Director is to transform brand experience concepts into tangible deliverables to support the marketing strategies of the company at a global level. You will lead all artwork production, project management and agency management for the brand experience team across both the method and Ecover brand. We work as a team and you will collaborate closely with fellow brand experience directors and industrial design directors to develop flawlessly executed artwork, global brand identity systems, press kits, digital and in-store experiences.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

You must have deep experience executing product and marketing strategies across a broad set of mediums. You have extensive knowledge of print production and process and are abreast of innovative design trends and technologies. You can articulate strategy to agencies, manage all aspects of the agency/client relationship and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Great leadership and collaboration skills will be essential to build out a talented implementation team to support marketing, creative, and international partners within our company. A love of soap or all things clean would be a nice touch.
The right candidate will be able to juggle all aspects of print production, agency and project management and will be a master at solving problems and juggling schedules. With 10+ years of solid design, brand and marketing creative services experience (consumer packaged goods experience ideal) you can mentor and lead a team to deliver world class global packaging and marketing. Experience working on global brand roll-outs is a big plus as is experience partnering with product/industrial design teams.
