WE is seeking a Corporate Accounts Project Manager to join its Consumer Engagement Team at ME to WE. The Senior Manager, reporting into to the Director, Director to Consumer, is responsible for executing project development and coordination in a retail sales environment. The key priorities of the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounts are:

  • Managing corporate-level projects and sales from a retail perspective while working conjunctively with partner managers, product teams and relevant internal departments
  • Providing superior customer service and account coordination to all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Concept delivery, project planning, sales and delivery coordination from start-to-finish for all corporate project sales

The position is based out of WE’s office in Toronto.

Your Impacts:

  • Nurture a corporate account portfolio of high-end stakeholders purchasing ME to WE products
  • Provide support to partner management and client-facing teams on all sales-related functions
  • Strong familiarity utilizing retail sales and tactics in a corporate environment
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across a broad range of partners utilizing exit inventory, seasonal products and custom pieces
  • Confirm relevant pricing breaks and act as liaison between Product Teams and Partner Managers
  • Review forecasting and sell through data to drive and develop strategies
  • Prepare and develop opportunities with corporate partners based on historical context
  • Execute on sales and growth strategies for all Corporate Channel Partnership
  • Analyze and forecast previous sales while looking forward to future opportunities
  • Execute on day to day activities such as: providing requested marketing collateral, product information, project details, inventory and operational processes
  • Review sell through data to drive and develop strategies in line with annual forecasting and budget plans o Ability to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals
  • Improve existing and create new processes for corporate project management creating alignment across internal teams
  • Liaise with operations to ensure all orders are being delivered on time and to rectify any order related issues
  • Liaise with accounting to ensure all orders are invoiced and paid accordingly and managing the resolution of issues as well as overseeing the investigation of any financial compliance chargebacks
  • Build Relationships with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders
  • Prioritizing work and monitoring milestones of each project as they progress
  • Development of sales strategy and take-to-market strategies for Small to mid-size Retail Partners
  • Manage annual sales strategy and plans
  • Support on Bi-Annual sales and strategy reports and presentations
  • Reassessment of strategy to ensure channel/account will achieve set annual targets
