SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: (narrative)
Focus on achievement of company objectives by coordinating the efforts of warranty claims, order closure and punch list completion.
Review orders once completed in EWOK.
Conduct post project meetings with the Installation team to document and understand the project punches
Identify and document root cause of punch items
Create solutions and determine product needed to resolve punches in a cost effective and timely manner
Develop action plan to resolve punches in a timely manner
Communicate with external and internal customers the status of the project punches through verbal and written communication
Order parts to resolve punch lists which are caused by Operations or Vendor errors or warranty issues.
Pursue labor reimbursements with vendors for vendor defects and warranty claims
Track product with Vendors for accuracy of the product and timely shipping
Follow up and resolve Product Returns, Return to Vendors and Return to Stocks
Coordinate with the warehouse on product ship outs
Close work orders once work has been completed
File freight claims
Provide red-lined drawings back to Sales Team
Provide back-up coverage for order entry
Create professional and personal relationships with internal and external customers.
Honor all commitments.
Respond to stakeholder and management requests within 24 hours.
Maintain a high proficiency of product, process, design and industry concepts.
Connect with community through professional affiliation, community, charitable and/or civic organizations.
Strategize with department, vendors and sales team in the sales process.
Organize and prioritize your work (mail, calendar, contacts & tasks) utilizing company information technology & software.
