Brand and IPA Support Designer job in Grants Pass

The Brand and IPA Support Designer is an active member of the AllCare Health Brand team and reports directly to the Director of Brand Strategy. The position is responsible for developing original and individual brands for the offices of Members and Associate Members of the AllCare Independent Physician Association as well as to support AllCare Health design needs. The position works collaboratively as part of the Brand team to create and maintain project budgets and plans, develop designs, and to incorporate the AllCare Health brand as necessary. Previous experience with the healthcare industry is a plus.

Qualifications:
 Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Marketing related field (preferred).
 5-10 years’ experience in brand development.
 High level of proficiency in: Adobe CS and Microsoft Office.
 Experience in: online marketing, website design, social media, and print production.
 Attention to detail in a multi-tasking environment.
 Highly-effective interpersonal and electronic communication skills.

Essential Duties:
• Research and monitoring of market trends and provider/patient needs.
• Guide the development of provider office brands.
• Design AllCare Health related materials following brand guidelines.
