Position : Junior Recruiter (contract)
You will play a leading role in creatively identifying and engaging top hourly talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.
Find, excite, and engage quality candidates
Screen resumes and interview candidates to identify technical and values fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with market level hiring managers
Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
Contribute to ad hoc situations related to recruitment activities
Provide consultation for advising and influencing around talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics to enable recruiters and clients to be best informed.
Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment (posting jobs, advertisements, fliers, etc…)
Partner with our other Talent Acquisition Partners to recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice
Bachelor Degree preferred, but not required
1-3 years of HR- and/or recruitment administration, high volume recruitment preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
You are passionate about improving existing processes
Highly organized and have an eye for details
Resourceful with an entrepreneurial spirt, must be comfortable working in a fluid environment.
Possess a strong sense of urgency and eagerness to complete goals
You are a self-starter, curious and always willing to step in to help the team
This is a contract position.
